Terms of service
These draft terms describe the expected rules for using Clearform. They are written for the prototype and should be replaced with reviewed production terms before any paid or public launch.
The service
Clearform helps customers upload documents, extract structured fields, review results, validate records, and export data. The current app is a prototype and does not yet provide production AI processing, production authentication, or guaranteed availability.
Accounts and workspaces
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for managing who has access to their workspace. Production workspaces should support roles, invitations, session controls, and administrative audit history.
Customer data
Customers are responsible for the documents they upload and must have the right to process that content. Clearform should use customer data only to provide and secure the service, support the customer, meet legal obligations, and improve the product in permitted ways.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have permission to process.
- Do not use the service to attack, test, or disrupt systems without authorization.
- Do not attempt to bypass workspace access controls or usage limits.
- Do not use the service for regulated use cases until the final compliance scope is confirmed.
Billing
The prototype includes usage and billing-shaped screens, but it does not currently charge payment methods. Production terms should describe pricing, page counting, overages, refunds, taxes, cancellation, and invoice access.
Availability and changes
Prototype features may change quickly. Production terms should describe support commitments, service availability, maintenance, data export on termination, and how customers will be notified of material changes.
